I would never book this place again Positive: Close to the village Negative: Our experience at this property was very disappointing due to the overall lack of cleanliness and sanitation. Upon arrival, the unit was visibly dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned between guests. The bathroom showed significant grime buildup around the shower base and corners, floors were dirty, surfaces had dust and debris, and the bed linens did not appear fresh or properly laundered. The mattress and bedding also showed stains and debris, which made the space feel unsanitary and uncomfortable to use. We immediately contacted Booking.com to report the issue and also reached out to the property owners directly by email. The only solutions offered were: 1. They could send a cleaner at our expense, or 2. We could check out a day early and still be charged for one night. Neither option was reasonable or helpful. Paying out of pocket to clean a property that should have been cleaned before arrival is unacceptable, and leaving early did not solve the problem since we had already made travel plans and had limited alternatives. Furthermore, we emailed them back requesting a phone call to discuss our options and they did not respond. Overall, the condition of the unit did not meet basic cleanliness standards and did not match expectations for a short-term rental. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend that future travelers do not book this property unless you are prepared to deal with cleanliness issues and a lack of adequate resolution if problems arise. It also seems from every review response from the owner that they send the exact same thing every time… “Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the cleanliness did not meet your expectations upon arrival. As soon as we were made aware, we immediately dispatched our cleaning team to re-service the chalet to ensure your comfort.” This is a complete lie and their way to make people think that they have made changes.

Very dirty place , not recommending it to anyone Positive: Location only Negative: It was soooo dirty , and the beds and bed sheets terrible terrible terrible We all ended up to go to walmart and by new bedsheets and pillow covers . Everything in kitchen was super dirty and had to wash everything couple of times before using . And ended up to use only plastic plates and utensils etc

Mostly good. A blanket in the first bedroom closest to the front door had a odor of body odor. Other than that, good. Excellent for family gatherings upstairs in kitchen/living room area.

Great space, could be better maintained Positive: Good communication. Good space to socialize as we were three families - however layout a bit strange with three bathrooms together on ground floor. Great hot tub Negative: Bedding/laundry smelt musty - we had to buy fresh pillow cases for some rooms plus pillows. They need to be refreshed. Don’t realize towels were not included - so don’t forget towels we did and had to run out to buy them. Wasn’t cleaned very well post NYE - lots of confetti in vents. Not walking distance to village in the cold weather

Positive: Newly renovated, well stocked kitchen Negative: All bathrooms on the main floor, this is not very convenient for people sleeping on the lower level .
