Luxury 2 Level* Mountain Walk Condo* Sauna* Jacuzzi* Walk to Village

Overall convenient location and comfortable place for a ski vacation with family at a reasonable price. Positive: The location was amazing for 2 families with kids and a small dog. We walked to the slopes daily in our ski boots. We cooked our meals daily and the kitchen was well stocked. The Sauna was like new and very convenient. The place was stocked with everything we needed. The layout was good for storing ski equipment daily. Negative: The kids room was too small for 4 kids but would be good for 2 kids.

Not too bad Positive: Check-in was a breeze. Replies in the app were fast and helpful. Sauna was awesome. Negative: Lot of general wear and tear on stuff. The sauna knob left falling off. A general update on the kitchen utensils (pans) would be better. Wash your ice cube trays they created smelly ice.

House itself was great but company renting it was inaccessible. Positive: Great location and nicely cared for unit with lots of space. Beds were very comfy. Very happy with the location. Appreciated the shelving and hooks at the entrance for ski gear. Kitchen was nicely stocked and lots of appliances. Negative: The company that runs the house (Gateside Chalets) was completely inaccessible. The phone number provided on the website and in the unit was not connected so issues with entry and exit could not be addressed. One of the rooms was not as described (stated two bunkbeds and a futon when it was one double bunk and a fold out pad).

A disappointment. Positive: The unit itself was decorated nicely, the living room/kitchen were well equipped and a nice size. Negative: The attention to detail was terrible. The windows were dirty, the shower curtain in the 2nd bathroom was filthy, the screen door to the patio was ripped and off it's track which made it difficult to use, the barbecue was filthy. It was advertised as 3 bathroom, when in fact only one bedroom had an unsuite, the other 2 bedrooms shared a bathroom with the tiniest of showers, and a powder room on the main floor. The mats at the front door look like they've been there for a very long time, looked very dirty.
