Wintergreen Retreat • Modern 2‑Story Townhome w/ Sauna • Steps to Village

We stayed here over March Break with a group of 8, and while the location is hard to beat, the overall experience didn’t come close to justifying the price.Pros:The unit is spacious and works well for a larger group. The location is excellent — very close to the village and ski hills, which made getting around easy.Cons:The cleanliness was below expectations — it felt like only a quick surface clean had been done. There is also noticeable wear and tear throughout, and the unit feels like a high-turnover rental rather than a well-maintained property.The biggest issue, though, was the fire alarm repeatedly going off during our stay. This was extremely disruptive, especially with kids, and made it hard to relax. We tried contacting the rental company multiple times by phone and email, but received no response and no support. That level of service is unacceptable.For the premium March Break pricing, we expected a much higher standard across the board. The value simply isn’t there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and we had everything we needed and more.

Very good stay .. enjoyed in general Positive: Very bright , well appointed and equipped , excellent location. Negative: It was mentioned that the property had 3 bathrooms but it was actually 2.5 bathrooms and that made difference for us since we were planning to have my dad who can do stairs to sleep and use the full bathroom on the main floor since we knew there was a bathroom on main floor based on pictures and we thought that was the 3rd bathroom as advertised

We stayed at the Wintergreen Condos in The Blue Mountains as a family of five along with my father-in-law, and it was perfect for our group. The unit was very spacious, clean, and well-stocked with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the open layout, which gave everyone plenty of room to relax after a day out. Being walking distance to the village was a huge plus easy access to shops, dining, and activities without needing the car. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.
